Now i think im gonna start this challenge Saturday. Saturday to saturday - for one week. Im contemplating starting Weight Watchers Meetings again- and if i do decide to give it go , it will start this Saturday. I will also have my husband hide my scale for me- so i wont be tempted to look at it for one whole week. :) I will see how i do.
So i thought this would be fun yet very challenging. I know alot of us get caught up on the number on the scale, we can get brought down about it. We often check DAILY what that number has changed to. So i thought why not give ourselves a MINI challenge,you give the number of days your gonna stay away from the scale then way in to see where u stand. Alot of us our doing the January challenge, so you can make it work to whats good for u. You can do this challenge once or as many times as you need to through the course of the year. If you are the type to get tempted it very easily, have someone hide the scale for you :)
