My Health Resolutions 2013:

1) Continue to eat more greens and less processed foods
2) Workout at least for 30 minutes twice a week
3) Drink only water, coffee, and tea
4) Release dissertation stress with meditation/music/yin yoga
5) Lose 15 pounds to reach my ideal weight of 120 lbs.

I will do what it takes to be FIT before I turn 30!!!

I know you had a really tough year too. When things get tough I sometimes forget to be thankful for all that I still have. Wishing you all the best in 2013

As I mentioned in 2012, I choose a theme each year, rather than a resolution. This year the theme is "Watch". There are several areas that this theme can help improve:

1. I will be watching with eager anticipation (not the same as passivity) what God will be doing in and through my life.

2. I will be watching (aware, mindful) the choices I am making for better health, such as tracking my food and exercise, paying attention to signals from my body, etc.

3. I will be watching myself grow and transform, as I use tools such as journaling, creative expression, etc. to record and observe my progress.
