I eat green leafy veggies...drink both green and white tea...and more then eight glasses of water daily. I'm a vegetarian so veggies are a norm. I don't like coffee...but love hot tea. I don't like sugar in it either.
So..I guess I use 'natural' slimming aids. Just don't ever think of them as 'slimming agents'...you know?
I don't use any slimming aids. I believe that it's more important to eat for nutrition and monitor one's portion sizes than to use aids,even the "natural" ones. I also think that getting active gradually, any which way you can, is a good approach to boosting one's weight loss.
Just keep putting one foot in front of the other, metaphorically speaking!
