I have done them ALL and then some, ever since I have been 16 and I will be 60 in April! They always work for me to start, then I plateau, then I get sick of paying attention. My best one so far, is to not step on a scale....over the last 10 years I have changed the way I eat a LOT, but it hasn't helped me lose what I want to, just stay the same, so I figure that is good. The eating part isn't so hard for me because I love fruits and vegatables and I also am an adventurous eater, so I have stacked up quite a few "go to" foods that are TONS healthier than the pints of icecream and cans of chocolate icing that I USED to eat! My problem is really about trying to make movement become a part of my everyday life.....
