Getting in your 8 cups of water is *So* very important! Tip for you laides: Buy a large water bottle that you love to use. I have a 32 oz (4 cups) water bottle with a straw..helps me get in my water for the day! Works for me, cause I'm not a fan of water but Its easier to drink with a straw.
Watch the salt intake, and drink plenty of water. Drinking a lot of water counteracts the water weight. Also track everything that you eat, a little bit calories adds up, and that way you know exactly how many calories you have consumed. Another thing that I have found to be helpful, is if you haven't already - make the switch to whole grain breads and noodles. I have a big issue with limiting my soda. I have been doing pretty good for the last couple weeks however.
Today is the day to make a change.. not tomorrow..not in a week. TODAY
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" - Phil 4:13
That depends a lot on your schedule--I'm a second shift worker (retail) and my dinner break is usually between 6 and 7. If I followed your tip to the letter, I wouldn't be able to eat dinner at all! I'm sure you didn't have *that* in mind! I recommend being aware of what constitutes an actual serving, and *weigh and measure* so that you don't get "too much of a good thing"!
