Getting in your 8 cups of water is *So* very important! Tip for you laides: Buy a large water bottle that you love to use. I have a 32 oz (4 cups) water bottle with a straw..helps me get in my water for the day! Works for me, cause I'm not a fan of water but Its easier to drink with a straw.

It states in the Spark book that eating later will not hinder your weight loss. You have to do what works for you! Best of luck!!

Watch the salt intake, and drink plenty of water. Drinking a lot of water counteracts the water weight. Also track everything that you eat, a little bit calories adds up, and that way you know exactly how many calories you have consumed. Another thing that I have found to be helpful, is if you haven't already - make the switch to whole grain breads and noodles. I have a big issue with limiting my soda. I have been doing pretty good for the last couple weeks however.

Today is the day to make a change.. not tomorrow..not in a week. TODAY

That depends a lot on your schedule--I'm a second shift worker (retail) and my dinner break is usually between 6 and 7. If I followed your tip to the letter, I wouldn't be able to eat dinner at all! I'm sure you didn't have *that* in mind!
I recommend being aware of what constitutes an actual serving, and *weigh and measure* so that you don't get "too much of a good thing"!

I would recommend not eating after 5-6 o'clock for good weight loss results!
