Hi Lauren-- I'm on Week 11 and have completed the entire program once before.
Yep, weeks 9 and 10 are extremely long. Personally, I liked the extra burn received during HIIT by doing them immediately following the WT, but I'm sure it will still be a good effect if you have to do sprints later-- just make sure you warm up properly before the 2nd workout of the day.
Week 11 & 12 are a tad bit shorter.
