Perhaps it all starts with supplements. I am sure to take B Complex supplement with a multi vitamin that is suitable for my age along with Vit C to promote belly fat loss due to cortisol levels. Now I find that when I miss my vitamins, I really feel sluggish my mid afternoon. So I really make it a point to lay out vitamins and supplements the night before so that they are sitting there when I am getting ready for the day. I always have the energy I need and then some when I take charge and am consistent with my supplements.
I find my energy slumps mid workout and try as I might I have not been feeling like I am performing to the best of my bodies ability
What do you do for an energy boost before a workout?
How soon after do you begin your workout?
Thanks for the advice :) Im focused on my goal, just tweaking things a bit to get my personal best!
