Thanks. I know I've seen her name pop up around the boards. I will check her out. I want to at least give it an attempt and see how the body responds. It's been tough figuring it out. Would love to find a complete dietary plan for vegan bodybuilding. If not, I will improvise.

Yes, edamame = soybeans so they are there. I think I am actually eating LESS meat than I used to but I'd have a heck of a time going vegan. Vegetarian seems pretty doable but no milk or eggs would be rough. Divegoddess does vegan though if you need ideas she posts her food on her blog...
I think that is the great thing about it. I fit it under my protein. Put it in salads. Have it in my veggie shakes. Love it! Am trying to find other things though, I may be relying on it too much. Trying to go to a vegan diet and it has been my staple food. Haven't been able to go completely vegan because I am overwhelmed with it right now, with the LF program and the Rookie Running program, it feels like too much change for me. lol
Thinking that if I make it to another round of LF I will try and do it vegan. Biting nails now....
I also love edamame and eat it on this plan as part of my protein. We have talked about it around here. Wish there was a vegetarian options. I have some major food allergies that don't allow me to eat all of the foods on the list. I modify. When I do eat edamame, I eat frozen or fresh. I have been venturing onto vegan bodybuilder sites to get ideas.
