I'm working on switching stuff up too! Did a lot of collecting of recipes that I am finally getting into a binder. Now, we just have to cook them. Actually am starting with the egg and chicken muffins and trying one of the protein sweets in the last Oxygen mag. Yummmm!
Yes, lots of crap out there- Google searches don't usually turn up the BEST. I use Twitter (@lowfatfoodie) and follow/tweet about food often, and my favorite is probably @cleaneatingmag (as suggested), plus wholefoodsmarket.com/recipes/ (even if you don't have a Whole Foods in your area, the recipes are generally clean as that is the store's focus)
Love Tosca's books (met her and Robert, they are sweeties). I am having a hard time finding a book for vegans. I have to go to each person's site and would love a vegan lifting diet. The only one I have is that runners book Thrive.
If anyone has any great clean eating recipe books or sites, please share! I'm about to hit Phase II and I know that one thing that might trip me up is lack of variety. I've already been through most of Jamie's recipes, so I'm on the hunt for things that fit the macro plans but provide some variety in my meals.
