While I like the pumpkin bars I think it'd be nice to add some variety. I am also wondering if I could replace the blueberry babyfood with blueberries somehow? I'm thinking I will just add pureed blueberries in the same amount.
Edit (and update): I tried making them tonight. I substituted the blueberry babyfood with pureed blueberries and it seemed to work fine. I also completely forgot to add any kind of sweetener (maybe for the better!)
Overall I'd give this a 3.5/5 in comparison to the pumpkin protein bars, which are more savory and filling. Maybe next time I will try it with chocolate protein powder instead of vanilla and add 1/4 cup of Splenda.
