205 pounds this morning - 2 pounds lost since last week. Woo-hoo!
I'm actually not using Exerbeat right now - for Christmas, Santa brought me a new game called Gold's Gym Cardio Workout. It has mostly boxing for exercise games/lessons so I thought I would like it since I mainly did the Boxercise in Exerbeat. I'm having a little trouble keeping up with the new exercise format, which is very rhythmic based. So far I'm up to about 20 minutes total of boxing each day. I have also started a streak of using my elliptical trainer for 20 minutes a day. I have been weighing everything that goes into my body and that seems to make all the difference in the world, just being aware of the volume of food I have been eating. So even if I have a piece of fudge late at night before bed, it gets logged. Last night it was Cheeto's Crunchy that got me in trouble with my caloric intake but for now, I'm losing weight, which is my goal.
