Deb, Kenya and Lexie you ladies did a great job with the June Challenge. Going by your posts this is how you finished:
Lexie - 20 gold medals, what a great accomplishment!
Kenya- 8 golds, 8 silvers and 4 bronze, and 1 PERFECT!!
Deb- 1 gold and 5 bronze, great work!

The cheerleading is tough. Those 'K's are where I mess up consistently. Specially the fast ones. I scraped the gold on that sliding into 90% by one point in spite of them, so maybe you will too. :-) At least you keep trying, which makes you a winner, and you are getting the exercise, which is the point of this, and I hope you are having fun too. :-)
I'm so glad we bought a Wii. I have never enjoyed exercising so much as I do now.
I'm working on HipHop golds now, and they are proving rather elusive! :-)

Kenya, Deb and Lexie you gals are doing a fantastic job on this challenge. Kenya thanks for the tip on rotating the Wiimote, I am having the same problem as Deb. Now that the yard sale is done I am hoping to get back on the challenge, I have alot of catching up to do.

Did the first 8 workouts in Aerobics yesterday, and added 2 Gold Medals to my collection (for Arm Lesson + V-Step and A-Step) Did Intermediate Workout for the first time today, and got a Silver (84%) so a bit of work to do on that one. Mind you, I was tired when I did it, because I'd already done a 50 minute Karate workout! LOL
DebtoLose Deb, you ARE doing the moves right - it's all about how you hold the Wii-mote; when you get 'miss' or 'close', rotate the remote a little in your hand and you'll notice the difference. It took me a long time to figure that out and I still have not perfected it.

Aerobics has been the hardest category for me to get the hang of; so this challenge will help me improve. I have everything unlocked, but I had not done them all. I want to post my starting status to see the difference at the end of the month.

I will struggle with this challenge with my shoulder problems. My timing is always off cause my range of motion is not the best. I will do the best I can and at least try to beat previous scores.

OK team, for this challenge I picked the area that I am not the best in and that is Dance. For this challenge lets stick with Aerobics. You have the entire month to open and get gold medals in the 20 aerobic workouts. This will be tough for me cause this girl has no rhythm. Let's have fun with it.
