KDE12345, you did great on the challenge. You attacked each workout and kept at it till you got the gold. I had a blast with this challenge to. I hope everyone had fun with this one. Now on to the next.

Today I did #20 Perfect Drill (3462 pts) for the first time; maybe last time too - that one takes almost an hour!

That completes the challlenge for me. I improved or tied the scores for workouts I had done before. I have gold medals for all of the Boxercising routines with 7 perfect scores.

today I did # 18 Standard Drill 905pts 96% first time doing this one have 2 more to go in row 4 sence it is the last day of May I did not get all workouts done this month but I will still get to them

with my son being here I have not done much in the way of working out for a while now
today I did # 15 Basic Drills (row 3) for the first time I am finished getting Gold Metals in that row now,
385pts that was a good workout I will move to row 4 tomorrow if I can get through the longer workouts ,,

Ok team, everyone has done great with the first three rows of the boxing routines. Now it is time for the fourth and final row. We have the last 11 days of the month to finis this challenge. The fourth row are the longest routines. If you have opened these routines try to improve on your previous score. If you are doing them for the first time, try to get the best score possible. You can also use this time to go back and try to improve on any of the previous routines. Good luck and happy boxing.
