I now have crowned gold medals for all of the workouts on the first row.

It's been a long week, but I fit some more in. I don't have everything in the first two rows unlocked yet. Since I did the first one in both rows earlier, I did: #2 hook/uppercut 62 pts., previous 48 pts. #3 defense 64 pts., not a high #4 Basic combo 1 - 106 pts., previous 96 I don't have #5 and did #6 earlier in the week #7 Aeromix 1 - 147 pts., new exercise for me!

Today #9 Core Body Combo 169pts previous 174pts #8 Basic Combo 2, 100pts previous 98pts #5 Combat Workout 152pts previous 142pts #4 Basic Combo 1, 54pts previous 56pts went down in points but still got in a good workout not sore anymore I am not following your rules to the letter because I just started doing Boxercise when the week started, I will do better next week and I will read your post better it has been a very strange week thank you for putting up with my messed up workouts Deb

Wow, I am glad to see the response to the challenge, way to go ladies! DAWNSKI2- good job on your scores, thanks for joining in. DEBTOLOSE- sorry you are sore but you got good scores, good job on improving on them. KDE12345- way to go on the tie.
Sunday we will start on the routines in row 3 so we have 4 more days to kick butt on these.

Today I did #3 Defence was 67pts beat that now 68pts #7 Aeromix 1 Tied Best Score 71pts #10 Aeromix 2 first time doing this workout 169pts got in 15 minutes today with Karate Challenge 81%

I have unlocked all of the routines, but there are 2 of the longer ones that I have never done.
Today, after trying a few times, I was only able to tie my best scores for:

I read your first post wrong thought you said to do 20 minutes at least so I did 29 minutes total with Boxercise and The Challenge was Salsa and Hip Hop dance I have not opened all but only have 4 more to open , today I did the following and I am sore already and will continue tomorrow but will do less, I guess I saw to many 20s (LOL)

Hi! I'm fairly new to using Exerbeat (even though I've owned it for a few months I'm just starting to really use it). I did the Jab and straight and basic combo #1. I forgot to record my previous score but there was a real improvement over the past top scores.

Boxercise has 20 routines in it, if you have opened all 20 great if not you can still do this challenge. For the first 7 days we will concentrate on the first two rows.
Do one exercise from each row, if you have done it before you need to beat your previous score.
If you have opened all routines in first two rows do not repeat a routine until you have done them all at least once. (EX- if you do #1 Jab & Straight and #10 Aeromix 2 do not use them again until you have done the rest in that row.)
