Finished my 8 glasses at 1:00 today. Will continue drinking. I went to Asian store today and saw some Aloe water and decided to give it a try.

I'm meeting my water goal every day... now that the pollen is flyin' I HAVE to keep hydrated!
Water is one of our greatest tools to get the weight off and keep it off!

Step into the unknown with confidence! Trust that in the darkness of that first step there will either be something solid to stand on, or you will be taught how to fly!

Let's see... I have a full glass when I get up every morning to take my first med. Plain. Then I grab my 24oz. refillable bottle I have in the fridge. It has a few drops of MIO in it to add a touch of color and taste. I have it empty by the time I finish my SP time and TAG each morning. Next is a full glass with second set of mornign meds. That gives me 5 before I even leave for work...LOL! I have three more refillable bottles in the fridge, and drink one on my way in to work. Have one at work, and another on the way home at night from work. That totals 14 - 8 oz portions by the time I get home at night. Another full glass with evening meds. 15 glasses pretty much daily. You would thing I'd slosh when I walk!
The reality is that I can tell a difference in how I feel if I miss my water each day! The meds I take require that i keep fluid going through my body to protect my kidneys and liver. The nephrologist is a purist... he says water only. The urology and rheumy docs say they don't care what it is as long as it it fluid... Since we have well water, I like my own plain water. But city water is YUCK to me, so I carry either MIO or some sort of packet to flavor my water elsewhere.
I love lemon or lime in it, too. Or a touch of apple cider vinegar in the mornings.
Your body gets used to the water! It LOVES water!

Water is our friend. We should drink at least eight glasses a day.

Your challenge- find creative ways to get your daily water intake.

-Have a glass first thing when you get up.
-Have a glass before each meal.
-Travel with a water bottle.
-Add things to your water to make it taste more appealing to you (cucumber, lemon)

Drink up!
Come back and report if you met this goal.
Do you have other creative ways to get your daily water intake?
