My goals for this month are to keep doing the basics as best as I can... The new pedometer is very accurate, and I do not seem to be getting the steps I was, but then I have not been walking as much. Going to try to incorporate walking while waiting at doctor offices and scanning facilities... The good thing about doing the Leslie Sansone CDs is I know the basic steps she uses, and I can do them in a small space... People may think I am weird walking in place in a hallway, but hey! I am taking care of ME! To take care of DH, I HAVE to take care of me... who cares what others think?
I will be faithful to track my food each day, and at least touch base here every day.
