Ive been getting in my 15 minutes in the mornings after putting the kids on the bus. And ladt couple of days Ive done "suicides" up and down the bleachers with my sons football team. (aptly named excercise if ive ever heard one...those things are PAINFUL!)

I need to add 15 minutes (its been 10 sporadically) of walking during lunch break every week day, then add 15 minutes of something fun besides my usual 1 hr walk on the weekends!! Even jumping rope can be fun for 15 minutes!!
I will listen!! :) I joined some team goals!! Lets go team!! I walk to Rose Hill everyday. It is three miles, however I think it only fair I find 15 minutes of activity in addition to that track! Today for me was water aerobics at the YMCA!
