We all know the importance of eating fruit & vegetables, but how many of us actually get our 5 a day. With this challenge we will be able to eat a variety of fruit & veg and maybe try something we haven't tried before.
*Eat as many fruits & veggies as you like.
*If you only eat the inside of a piece of fruit or veg, you don't count the colour of the skin or peel. For example-if you pick a red apple, but peel it before you eat it you count the white of the pulp inside. But if you wash the apple and eat the peel aswell then count both colours.
*Post what fruit and vegetables you've had for the day and from which colour.
These are the colours we will use-
*Yellow/Orange-Yellow pepper. Orange
*White-Onion. White potato
