I weigh 134.8. My original goal weight was 137; but have lowered that to 132. I may still go a little lower than 132; maybe in the 120's over the next two months. But no pressure. I like my weight now. I make sure to eat at least 1250 calories per day so I do not go into Starvation Mode.

So nice to be in Maintenance!

I am a little over goal weight but have had swelling in my feet and ankles for over a month. Friday I will have an eco to see if it is my circulation or what. Then see the doc on Monday for all of my results of my blood work, urinary results and the eco results.
I may ask him to raise my goal weight about 3 pounds temporarily until this problem gets resolved.

I have changed my goal wt. from 123 to 125 and I have been maintaining within my pound range. I was 125 today on my home WW scale and at my WW mtg. after breakfast and clothed I was 125.8 so I'm happy.

I deducted my calories to lose more wt. and I'd be eating too little 975 calories. Can't eat less than 1200. But I am maintaining and I'm happy so I can have 1476 calories a day. Thanks for the formula.

To Maintain Weight - Multiply your weight (in pounds) by 12
This is a rough estimate of daily calories needed to maintain weight.

To Lose Weight - Deduct 500 calories from this figure
This gives you a rough estimate of the daily calories needed for you to lose about 1 pound per week.

November 30 I was 123.4. at my WW meeting. However, in the am here at home in my birthday suit on my WW scale I was 122.4.

The above is a quote of myself on February 26. I was happy at 148lbs, but when I weighed myself this morning, I was 137...that's an 11lb difference...that's a lot. I remember I changed my goal to 142 (not sure when...March I think) and now I've gone under that to 137. I know as we age, we do not need as much caloric intake as we did when we were younger, and I'm thinking that I'm getting enough vitamins and minerals, because I'm feeling great and have as much energy as always. I do take a daily multi-vitamin and extra calcium and vitamin D. So I will continue to monitor my weight, and not let it get below the recommended guidelines.

Just expressing my thoughts here. Feedback welcome.

You sound like you're doing great!
Keep up the good work.
I fluctuate too between 5 pounds.
But today I'm 0.8 over. So I am in the ouch zone.
Back to counting points and calories today very strictly.
so far I'm at 17 points and have been tracking my food all day. I'll have pop corn while I watch Lost tonight and that will be it.
