Have cut back on the walks, this week. Still taking them, but, much shorter...or less. My walking partner (dog) has been fighting some bad skin irritation/raw spots...so I've not wanted to further irritate her skin with the harness. She's improving. emoticon

Dropped my daily step goal back to 10,000 a day. Went for a walk late last night and ended up with 13,000+ as my day's total. It was COLD.

I walk a half mile, every day. But, there are many short spurts, taking the dog out, that I don't measure on the fitness tracker. Sometimes we wander along, making it short b/c of the heat.

I walk twice a day with my DH and my 5 yr old Lab, Marigold. It's true what they say about dogs helping you to stay fit. We even walk her in the rain. emoticon

I walk every day but mostly because I am running errands or performing one of several little jobs I have. On an especially lazy day, like yesterday, I might have to walk in place or take a quick stroll around the block in order to maintain my daily step goal of 12,000. Today will likely be one of those days too since I'm only sitting at 5,000+ steps.

Walked every day this month-once a day all day long!! We live on a ranch and babies are arriving, that means mama's need to be checked to ensure they are not in any delivering troubles. Have an abandoned baby so feeding it by bottle. He has just had his last bottle for today.

Walked this morning, with my husband, son and dog. Lovely day here in the desert, but might hit 92 this afternoon! Maybe another short walk after dinner, when the sun goes down. I try to get my 10,000 steps in everyday. Sometimes I do and sometimes I only hit 8,000.

Good for you Mayie. Some days we have to push ourselves hard but feel so much better after that both physically and emotionally. I find that November is less sunny and I have a tendency to get a little down, being a sufferer of SAD. (I did buy one of those lights but don't use it)

I walked twice today with our dog and both of us were pretty happy. I try to walk every day or at the very least get outside into the fresh air and believe me some days the air is pretty fresh here on the farm!!!

Yes. Last evening I noticed I still needed 3,500 steps to reach my daily goal. I wasn't going to bother but daughter arrived home also needing extra steps. She went her way and because I was motivated by her get up and go I also went out. Ended up passing my goal and feeling less like a failure.

Yes, I walked 2 1/2 hrs yesterday at the Lab rescue shelter in 86 degrees! I should be down 5 lbs today but with my luck, I retained water. LOL
