1-Something I messed up on: I've been having problems today with anxiety about things and wanting to snack.
2-Something I did great on: I've been fantastic about my exercise program, consistency is just something I make myself do but snacking????
3-Something that makes me feel great: I turned my anxiety over to God and just lay on couch and purposefully tensed and relaxed, reminding myself, He is big enough to take care of me and He has NEVER let me down!!! it worked.

Over-compensated with my food, a little too late at night. Maintained a Calorie Deficit but could have left off a few calories so late at night.

2. Something I did great with:
Walked 15 miles yesterday and did 3 mile WATP.

3. Something that made me feel great:
Reached my step goal for the day, over 31,000.

1) Something you messed up on.
I discovered the calorie count for black-eyed peas was off terribly! Instead of 131 per cup it was 240 per cup.

2) Something you did great with.
Although I was short on my walking yesterday I managed to get in every last step on my pedometer challenge!

3) Something that made you feel great.
I was down another pound today! 2 lbs away from my goal weight!

Ate birthday cake for my son's birthday yesterday and some berry SF pie my DH made.

Had grilled chicken on top of salad yesterday. No hamburgers or hot dogs.

Something I messed up on: Of course I did not accomplish everything today that I planned to accomplish, but I always spread myself too thin, so I don't really feel that I messed up, I just wish I could get around to those things that I continue to put off each day (which are always the SAME things...LOL).

Something I did great on: Referred a friend to a business owner that I think might be able to help her with the purchase of another vehicle.

Something that made me feel great: Finally caught up with my youngest son and had a chance to verify with him that "YES" he did get his income tax turned in on time. HMMMMMMM...I wonder from whom he gets this "procrastinating?"

Something I messed up on: It is almost 11:00 PM and I still have a lot of unfinished business left to attend.

Something I did great on: Arrived at my class on time and taught a great workout.

Something I messed up on: I drank a cup of coffee tonight, not thinking of the caffeine. Now I'm wide awake:(

Something I did great on: Not only did I stay on plan, I didn't eat any junk today....

Something that made me feel great: Made cookies with my grandsons, didn't take one single bite, lick or taste. The cookies got boxed up and sent home with two very happy boys!

Something I messed up on: Drats! I STILL didn't sit down long enough to pay those bills...GOTTA DO IT TODAY!!!!

Something I did great on: I arrived on time for my exercise classes and did good there.

Something that made me feel great: My youngest son (age 24) and I went out for dinner and we had a great time.

(OOPS! These were for Sunday. I haven't done anything for Monday yet...still too early).

1) Something I messed up on - Fell asleep last night while watching something on TV and didn't get to do all that I intended to do in order to reach my SparkPoints goal for the day.

2) Something I did great with - Got a gazillion articles of clothing folded and put away.

1) Something I messed up on - Used my debit card instead of cash (dh and I are in agreement to only use cash right now).

2) Something I did great with - I've eaten very healthy all week and did at least on hour of exercise every day.

Thanks Cindi for posting and bringing it to my attention I posted the wrong thing...yikes....

Didn't get all my water in
and had 2 pieces of corn bread at resturant for dinner.

2) Something I did great with.
Scrubbed all my floors with Steamer mop.
(Lots of exercise)

Hi everyone - new to team...
Mess up today: ate one toll house (choc. chip) bar after baking them. It was a small one & I vow not to eat another (at least no today!).

Did great with: my exercise & water consumption.
And maybe the very light lunch helped off -set eating the bar!

Something that made me feel great: refrigerator repair man fixed our broken fridge for under $200.
(nothing like a fridge dying a few days before the holiday!).

Still haven't started my Christmas shopping yet.

Had a great cardio session this morning - 1hour of walking/running on the TM.

3) Something that made me feel great
Went out to dinner with DH and still stayed in my calorie and nutrient ranges.
