Hi everyone!
I hope you enjoyed the challenge! It is officially over. If you need to play catch up and post any past dates you can do so till tonight.

One of you said you would like to continue to do this to stay on track. This challenge will be closed out tomorrow but I will make an Ongoing Challenge called the "Ongoing Maintenance Challenge" for those of you that want to continue with it.

10/25 - I am hanging in; not doing spectacularly but I want to cross the finish line. Gained a pound this past week but actually it could have been worse--I was at 129 on Saturday morning after two days of overeating!
