Congratulations, Linda

I did OK on everything but the sleep part. As you can see, I am still up wandering around in the middle of the night. One day I may get my days and nights regulated. I won't give up.

I do OK with that especially the fruit part. I love fruit and since I don't eat sweets, I usually don't have any problem getting the fruits in. Sometimes the veggies cause a little problem, but I keep a bunch of raw veggies in the frig that can be eaten as snacks and that helps a lot. SLEEP is my deal and the area that I need to work on. Good luck on the fruit and veggie issue.

Lindaanne, you are going great on all of your goals. I do well on all of them but sleep issue. It is one thing after another that keeps me awake, but the main thing that keeps me awake is I am a "night owl." I would much rather be up in the evenings and sleep during the day. LOL...that is difficult to do when most of my world is a day world. Talk to you later.

Thank you...I am also praying for the same thing. The judge is a female and she is about my age, so she should have a little understanding of what it would be like to be abandoned in one's 50s after being a stay at home mom who only worked part time for a 36 year marriage, especially when adultery is the reason for the abandonment. Just one more day, and then I will know..This will be a looooooooong day, but I have things to do to keep me busy. Thanks for your prayers and also thanks for everything else that you do. Talk to you later..I am going to lie back down for a couple of hours. I am not doing too well on my March challenge of getting more sleep...too nervous at the moment. This too shall pass. Take care...

I am praying that everything turns in your favor. I also hope that the judge gets sleep, has a clear mind, has had enough coffee, and is compasionate.

Thank you, Linda. It will be OK..just a lot on my plate if the house is not awarded to me. Both of my sons are still here in the house with me. I can't imagine having to move. Before my ex left, (snuck out is more like it), he'd refinanced the house which made the note very affordable. I think he'd been planning his little disappearing act for quite some time without my knowledge. So, my house note is about the same as what it would cost me to rent a room in someone else's house if I am forced to move. Besides like I said, my two sons are still here and I also have four cats. He's been gone for over four years and hasn't set one foot in the house since he left, nor has he made any contribution to the upkeep of the house. He also has nothing to do with either of our sons..so if the house is taken away from me especially since I've maintained the house note, the taxes and the insurance during the past four years, it will certainly be a case of wrongful judgement. However, it happens all of the time, so I can not rest easily knowing what SHOULD be. I have to wait and see what WILL be. It's all up to the judge. No matter what, I will be OK...a wrongful decision will just set me back a bit...but I will hang in there.

I have had more than eight hours sleep but it was broken into bits of two hours here and two hours there. I have a lot on my mind right now, but I am hoping for things to be a little brighter in a few days, and then maybe sleep will come easier.

I'm really looking forward to this challenge. My goals for March are to reach 126 and eat my fruits and veggies. My plans on how to reach my goals are to keep focused, drink my water, exercise diligently, and cookies/pudding/jell-o to just every other day.

Sleep...Help! I need sleep...LOL. I am going to work on that one big time. I get more sleep than it looks like I do since I am allowed to catnap during the day, but broken sleep isn't the same as a really and truly good night's sleep. Thanks for getting this going. Sleep is my big issue and my goal for March is to try to get a little more sleep than usual.

I wanted to come up with a few different ideas. I went to the teams I am a member of and took something from each one. I hope you enjoy the challenge for March 2008.

1. Take your vitamins
2. Eat healthy everyday
3. Get the right amount of sleep.
4. Stay in your calorie range.
5. Weigh/measure/record what you ate for the day.
6. Strive for 8 water/3 fruits/3 veggies
7. Exercise=25 push-ups, 25 crunches, and 25 jumping jacks 5x a week(if you have a health problem you can do another form of exercise).
8. Personal goal for the month=What are your goals for March? What are your plans to reach them?

Don't forget to check in so we know how you're doing.
