I want to STOP Shopping While Fat, it is no fun!
Someday soon, I want to be a Former Fat Person.

2012 Goal is to finish my first Half-Marathon. (DONE) 10/7/12 3:24:26
2013 Goal to finish 3- Half Marathons!
(DONE)
2014 Goal finish 3 Half Marathons, and my house! And get a Sub 3 HR!

* Drink 8 Glasses of water minimum!
*Get at least 1000 fitness minutes in!
*Lose at least 5lbs a month!
*Have first GPS/timed trail run 5/3/12 (33:35:24 2.16 miles) and the


 current weight: 195.4

8/29: 240.2
9/5: 240.2 at least no gain
9/12: 235.8 (-4.4 lbs)
9/19: 232 (-3.8 lbs)
9/16:
11/2: 245.2 ugh....oh well keep moving on!
4/13/12: 268.4, actually that is down -3 since the previous week
4/20/12: 265.4!
8/15/12: 254.2! 11.2 down
