Hi, Teresa! Good to see you again!! I did 2 sets of pushups. Bootcamp is exactly what I needed to challenge me to push myself more. Even though the videos are only 8-10 minutes, they are a good workout in addition to cardio.

I'm not doing the Boot Camp but I am doing the BLC12 challenge...I'm actually co-captain of their new maintainers team...hopefully it will be what I need to get the few pounds off the snuck back last year!!!
