Jackie, thanks for the word on editing the thread titles, I hadn't heard that, but it was needed!

Did 2 sets of 15 sitting on my swiss ball, with a 10lb weight, and threw in 2 sets of 15 bicep curls as well, might as well tone up those arms!

highest weight ever:202, SP starting weight: 143

New goal: more practical new goal, 129, update ticker to reflect that goal.

Do you know you can now EDIT thread titles...the new feature was launched this week...just go back to the original post and edit...the original author of the original post can now edit the title...pretty cool!!! Haven't tried it yet but it should be pretty easy!!!
