So I'm waaaaay off! I didn't get this done until the 19th! Did alternating lunges with dumbbells, (2 sets) and threw in 16 bicep curls on the second set (had to do 30 to get both legs in at 15 each)

highest weight ever:202, SP starting weight: 143

New goal: more practical new goal, 130, updated ticker to reflect that goal.

First off...it is the 15th RIGHT???

And secondly, be careful with those lunges...that is what caused my calf injury last week...sorry but I will not be doing lunges for a very long time!!!
