Since I was sick yesterday, and missed the ab workout, I'll do this one!

Just did one set of regular push-ups, getting ready for a second set, hope that works!

I did 60....I didn't plan on 60 but once I got to 45 I figured I'd keep going!!! LOL!!!

Today we will work on the arm strength with 15 wall push-ups. This can be found under your fitness, add strength exercises, upper body then scroll through and you will see it. Enjoy! emoticon
