I did the 2 sets of 25, straight leg, no weights on July 4th!
highest weight ever:202, SP starting weight: 143
New goal: more practical new goal, 129, update ticker to reflect that goal.

These are great if you are a runner...how many are we doing...I usually do 2 sets of 25 each leg with 3-5 pound ankle weights!!!

This one you will find under My Fitness, Add Strength Exercise, Core Exercise. It will be two reps of Hip Flexor. These are very easy and I did quite a few of them when I first started SP. Sometimes it is good to get back to the basics. Have a wonderful day!
