6. ab crunches
7. ball squats
8. kettle bell
9. laps in the pool
10. ball sit ups
11. ball push ups
12. pull ups

WOW...I've been sick for like a month and haven't done anything on here except track my weight and nutrition...This looks like it would have been a good one! Hope it takes off!

I'm looking for 12 team members (at least) to do 12 different types of movement this month -- post what you do.
