I realize this was posted a long time ago but I just became a member so here are my 12 ways I use every week!

1. Treadmill
2. elliptical
3. bike
4. stairmaster
5. situps
6. ab crunches
7. ball squats
8. kettle bell
9. laps in the pool
10. ball sit ups
11. ball push ups
12. pull ups

WOW...I've been sick for like a month and haven't done anything on here except track my weight and nutrition...This looks like it would have been a good one! Hope it takes off!

I'm looking for 12 team members (at least) to do 12 different types of movement this month -- post what you do.
Here's my roster since 1/1/2012 (a sampler at the Y helped!)
1)yoga 2) elliptical 3) exercise bike 4)nautilus machines 5) walking dog 6)kick boxing
7) medicine ball ab work 8) Firm Wave video 9) Hike through state game lands 10) Butts and Guts class 11) jumping rope 12) stability ball squats
