Today I did 39 modified push-ups (12th -14th) and 45 crunches (14th-16th). I don't know if I'll be caught up by month end but I'm doing my best.

Yeah - not too much of a break though - May jump back in Friday or Saturday picking up after the last day of rest for squats. Crunches will wait a few more days.

Between my foot and now abdomen - I am feeling old.

It seems I hurt myself between this, squats and snowstorms.

I think I pulled a muscle in the abs.

Going to give it a few days and start all over next month.

Today I did 38 total push-ups. I did a set of 17 and a set of 21. I had to do the last 3 as wall push ups. I did 36 crunches. Si, I'm up to the 12th in push-ups and 14 in crunches. It's going to be tough to get sll my days in, but I'm doing it!

I realized today that I was doing this wrong. I wasn't making up for missed days. So I started with the 1st. I did up to the 7th or 28 push-ups and through the 10th or 55 crunches. I did the push-ups in 2 sets.

My dog Reno got next to me and tried to do a push up. A pathetic but admirable attempt.
:)

Did 19 pushups in 1 set. Definitely stretching my upper limit - last one was hard. Hope to get to 25 in 1 set. These are modified push ups - next month I may try real push ups.

Jan 11 - still going strong. Not sure I can do 12 pushups in one set but guess we will find out tomorrow. 11th one today was a bit iffy.
Jan 12 - did all 12 pushups in 1 set
Jan 13 - still doing all in 1 set
Jan 15 - did all 15 in 1 set

Just a clarification - If you can not do the push ups all at once that is okay. Do as many as you can in the first set and finish the rest later.

I could do 8 but I am reaching my push up limit.

Starting January 5th running through January 31st (about 25 days).

Everyday perform the number of the day worth of push ups and crunches (can substitute if you are like me and can not do regular pushups). For instance, on the 5th do 5 of each, on 6th do 6 of each and so on. By the 31st you should be doing 30 of each. They do not need to be done all at one time.
