2/3: 42 squats
2/4: 70 squats
2/5: 84 squats
2/6: rest day
2/9: 3 set of 5 - 105 squats
2/10: 1 set of 10 - 70 squats
2/11: rest
2/12: 8 reps each times 2 = 112
2/16: 9 reps of each times 2 = 116
2/16: 6 reps each times 2 = 84
2/17: 5 reps of each times 4 = 140

The dog in your profile picture looks like a goofy dog!!! Bet he is afraid of storms and snowplows! Probably licks the floor clean and is about as bright as a rock. I bet is is sweet and lovable too.

Started it today! This is my first challenge with this team, thanks for posting it.
OK, started a day early... oops, still counting it! Day 1 = 30 squats, Day 2 = 50 squats, Day 3 = 60 squats, Day 4 = rest! wahoo!, Day 5 = 75 squats, Day 6 = 50 SORE today!, Day 7 done! rest tomorrow! yay!
Nuts! Will need to restart, got to day 12 though! I WILL do this! here we go.... Day 1! Am excited that I am on day 16 and still on track! (2/6/14)
