The purpose of this competition is to lose weight. You may compete as a team by historically competing as an individual works out better.
All you have to do is post your starting weight the week of March 17 and post updates weekly.
Everyone who loses over 15 pounds or 9% body weight wins a Gold Medal Everyone who loses over 10 pounds or 6% body weight wins a Silver Medal Everyone who loses over 5 pounds or 3% body weight wins a Bronze Medal
The person who loses the most pound and the person who loses largest % will also win Gold Trophies.
