80 minutes today. I had to make my 1500 for March. I got to walk outside today! It was warm and awesome. I am tired of walking around on Wii Fit Island. Not sure why because they have a beach and today I walked to the cemetery and around in it. LOL I walked for 40 minutes and then did Kettle Bells and a little bit of Wii Fit to round it off. I am past my lazy streak and ready to challenge my self during my work out. I was disappointed how quickly my back hurt during my walk. Hopefully it will get better with time. If not I will just send more time on my bike. I have a sway back and it usually hurts, when I walk for a long time. I am sure losing a ton of belly fat would help. :-)

Great job on the no candy streak!!!!! I guess I will have a no pretzel streak this month. That will be tough, but I will try. Good luck in the challenges this month. I am looking forward to them. I will try the 9 day Super Challenge but it sounds like the toughest!!!!

20 minutes Walking in the rain carrying an extra 10 pounds of food in my belly. No candy streak is nearing an end. I got a few more hours and March was a candy free month. Wow.

I want to do another candy streak.

Outside? too cold here for me. I want some warm weather before I head out...

75 minutes of Wii Fit. I am sweaty, but not like last night. The 1500 minutes challenge has got me going. Speaking of challenges...
It is day 80 of my exercise streak and day 71 of the Paul and Candy Streak!!!!

I am so excited that we are doing this!!!!!

100 minutes today! I wanted to get 120, but wimped out. Maybe tomorrow. I am at a loss of where to post my weight. I stopped for part f the month because I had accidently double posted. I think I will drop Spark America and only post on Spark people. But I won't get credit for the first two months of the year unless I go repost it all. That bites...

Yesterday was a busy day but I did get in 40 minutes of walking the fitness trail (very hilly).

I plan to do the same today - but is cold outside - cold or StairMaster.....I leaning towards cold.

I think this is the longest fitness streak I have been on.

Last night I got home around 10pm (ate a real late dinner at KFC on way home). I had not had time to exercised so I walked the 20minute loop in my neighborhood in the cold wind. If not for this side challenge - there is NO WAY I would have done that.

One has to do what one has to do. I had one daughter outside selling Girl Scout Cookies and one of the twins was shopping for some cheap clothes. Made good use of time - It was really 40 minutes but the first pass I stopped a couple of times to look at stuff so I discounted it.

I had to get my exercise in!!! How long is that streak now?

I bet you looked crazy. I wonder what the people watching the cameras were thinking? LOL

I danced for 30 minutes today. Worked all day cleaning house and working on a minor remodeling project, but of course that doesn't count.

This summer are we going to count yard work and landscaping? On Saturday and Sundays I spend 4 to 12 hours working outside in the summer I hope I can get some credit for that!

Wife had an outpatient procedure (test) done and I had to wait over an hour. I walked the neighborhood for 45 minutes.

Thanks for the pep talk. I really need it right now. I think my main issue is lack of sleep. A chain of events has limited me to 4 or less hours of sleep several days in a row. That makes me grouchy and whiney. Bare with me I will bounce back soon.

Hang tough. Even if one side slides keep the other alive. I go through phases where I eat okay and don't exercise nad through phases when I exercise and eat a pound of Reeses.

I am sometimes hopeless. I think it's mental or something more devious. I have a voice in my mind that just this morning tried to get me to stop at McDonalds and later at Dunkin. I did neither but I did seriously consider both bad choices.

Not sure why I am craving either one. Voice did not say to go to the gym (which I will do later today).
