Finally a loss when I got on the scale. After being sick and not tracking /eating well or exercising at all for 9 days I was pretty worried. Much to my surprise (I weighed myself 3 times to make sure it was correct) I lost 3 lbs. I guess the change up was what I needed. I am feeling better now (not 100% healthy but so much better) and am getting back on track

Not the direction I was trying to go in this week. Food is definitely my enemy right now. Going to spend this week trying to watch what I eat and make sure my caloric intake balances with my caloric expenditure. Also have to focus on get more uninterrupted sleep. Stress levels are high and not sleeping well, I know it has to affect my weight. Still determined!

So, it looks like I've lost almost 6 pounds this year, which is awesome, but if you look at my February trend you'll see I gained in there so I figure I've actually lost 10 pounds in 4 weeks! I definitely take that!

Hang in there Illini, just keep being good to your body and it will respond when it is ready.

I am up 1.4 pounds this week to 222.4. I can't complain though, I ate my way through the week and probably should have been up more. So I will count myself lucky and do better this week.

My goal is to lose 3 or more pounds this week so I can be in the two hundred and teens. You know... like 219, or better yet 218. If I apply myself I know I can do it.

Another week of no weight loss. I know that that is better than having a gain, but I have to admit I am getting a little frustrated. Between these last few weeks and next week being my least favorite time of the year at work, the lazy & stupid employees that I have, the idiot customers I have and this plateau I am having a hard time getting/staying motivated.

I lost all the weight I gained when I fell off the wagon plus .4 pounds. I knew it was going to come off quick just not that quick, but no complaints here! I AM BACK!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey guys I fell off the wagon pretty hard, but I am back. I have gained over 4 pounds so it is going to take a few weeks to lose it, but atleast the weight hasn't been on that long so hopefully it comes off at a decent pace. I am not going to make excuses, but I need to learn how to deal with school stress and changes if my schedule. It looks like everyone is going steady! Keep it up. Hope to be losing with you all again soon!

It may seem silly to be super excited about being down 0.6, but after 6 days of vacation, eating and enjoying a few questionable meals and a few adult beverages, I am stoked!!!!!!!!!! I worked super hard in the gym every day and it was worth every step and every minute!

I'm only down .5 lb this week but it was my day to measure and I'm down an inch in each my waist, hips and thighs so I am pretty happy with my results today. I'm sleeping better, feeling better and actually enjoying my morning workouts.

I am down another 1.2 pounds for a total of 9.8 lbs. If I can get it together by sticking to my diet completely (which I binged one day this past week) here in 2 more weeks or so my weight could be considered healthy according to the BMI. This would be awesome b/c I would be less likely to have doctors tell me I need to lose weight. Cause honestly, no one wants to hear things they already know! Here to an awesome week 6 and 7 to everyone! Lets meet our goals!

My wife is must not have fully understood this whole concept. She still cooking high caloric meals, ordering pizza and not exercising. I got to stop hanging out with her!!!

This weekend was real bad food wise and I gained a pound. Probably just water from all the salt. I going to try to be good all next week.

It looks like we have another week with some great losses. Jan appears to have been pretty productive. I am very excited, I lost 2 lbs last week so a total of 6.5 for the month of Jan. Would love to take off another 5 in Feb, but would be thrilled with 3. We'll see what happens.

It sure comes down slower than it goes up! The difference this week? No wine and staying in my calorie range. Amazing! I also exercised a bit more this week but I know weight is more about what goes into your mouth. Let's see if I can keep that in mind this week!
