2013 Spring Weight Competition
This competition is pretty simple.
Start your year with Lose 2 Win in 2013 weight loss challenge that encourages healthy eating, activity and camaraderie. This is a team-based (or individual) competition to see who can collectively lose the most weight. Teams must consist of either one or more people. The winner will be the team who has the highest average weight loss.
If a team loses 40 pounds and has 4 members - the average weight loss would be 10 pounds.
Should a team member drop out let me know and I figure something out.
Competition runs from Sunday January 6th March 20th (First day of Spring!)
