me too, its been a long road and im still not seeing the light at the end but im still trying i am a food addict and i will starve myself til i binge at night so ive been trying to eat through out the day so i wont binge my goal is simple to weigh under 300 by the end of the month its 8lbs and i believe i can do this i just need a little help and support

lifes to short to stand still must keep moving:)
