Another 2 days off but got 3.2 miles today.
I haven't heard from Liz since we started, I think we may have lost her. I know she's in college so she might just be busy. I'll keep her weight the same until the finale.

I weighed in at 139.8 this weekend, which is exactly what I started with this month! I actually lost some weight this week, but can't count it as it was weight that I'd gained the previous week. I was just bouncing up and down on the scale this month. I have enjoyed being part of the Jiggily Rolls No More team, however, I will be joining with a Sept team mate to form a new team in November. Hope to see you here again where we'll all still be trying to lose those jiggily rolls! Thanks for your encouragement!

Hopefully all is ok with Eric. Not sure what to do if you don't get weight - you could always ask Paul. (Losing people in competitions is something that is common in SparkPeople)

Sorry Pam that you had to go on cholestrol meds. I go to the Dr. next Weds - kind of afraid of what will be said.

We didn't do so good this week, we still had a loss though of .4 , we are now 789.6 pounds total.

I didn't get Erin's weigh in so I left her weight the same as last time. What do I do if she's gone?

I'm expecting a loss this week!! The doc upped my blood pressure meds and put me on cholesterol meds!! BLAH!!! Also had an irregular EKG so I have to go back for another one.
Oh well, I'm not giving up!! Maybe I can get off all this crap!!

See ya soon for the next weigh in!! I think it's Monday for the final results!

Well I stayed the same, sorry no loss.
I had a feeling it would stay the same since I hardly worked out at all. This week will be better.

Sorry this is so late!!

We lost 3.5 pounds this week, or I should say last week!!

We are at 790 pounds!! It's going down!!

Don't forget weigh in tomorrow!! I'll get the results in sooner this time. It looks like I won't be needed at work for a little while. Now I can really get going!!

I really thought I wouldn't lose anything but I lost 1.4 pounds!! I did a little dance when I got off the scale I was so happy!!

I've heard that the last few are hard. Hopefully you can kick everything up a notch and lose it. Even though .6 is small your still losing. Your doing it!!

Weight Today: 225 lbs.

That's 1.5 lbs loss from last week and 3.5 lbs total for the challenge.

It's weird to think that we have already finished week 2. Weds this week will be halfway point of the challenge (since they are 5 weekends this month).

Any thoughts on how you will stay on track or improve what you have been doing so far?

Yeah Yeah team!!! My morning session was a small quick class today. Downside is that I have a full class in the afternoon. (So about 3 hours of time of my own and then have to be ready to teach again). Plus this would be a great time to take a long walk - but I only have my work shoes with me and the area I am in isn't the greatest neighborhood.

Still, I've made a decision - before my 12:30 class starts - I will walk around the building and parking lot - let's say total of 45 minutes. (Other down side is that I wanted to use my walking time to listen to the book on CD I have to finish for Sunday's book club meeting).

Oh well - Think Positive, Finish Positive

I haven't seen the 130's since before I got pregnant, and my oldest is 19!!!!! Great job!!!!!

I've got the totals!

We lost 6.8 pounds!!

That brings our total to....... 793.5!!!!!

We're out of the 800's!!!!

Major Milestone - a super duper Woo Hoo is in order!!!! (I'm looking forward to hitting some of those myself in the next couple of months. LIke you, my weight has been in a similar range (with 2 years ago - when I disliked my job so much) being higher than that) at least the past 6 years)

I started at 141.0 last Saturday and this morning I weighed in at 139.8. My reported loss is 1.2 pounds this week. I haven't seen the 130's in a decade, so this is a major milestone for me.

I don't care about weights being posted. (But can see that it's a personal issue that each person needs to decide for themselves).

My current weight is 226.5 which is a loss for this week of 2 lbs.

Will be posting more - but have to run out now to get to the library and post office before they close.

Since today was a no strength day I watched a movie while on the treadmill and got 116 minutes in. I love watching movies on it, time just goes right by.

GO TEAM!!!!

Good morning!!
I got 60 minutes on the treadmill and did some strength this morning!! Now to keep myself going!!
The plan is at least 60 minutes on the treadmill everyday and full body strength M,W,&Th. I think I'll have a day off for Sunday, still thinking about it. I'm not very fast on the treadmill so I feel like I should be doing it everyday.

I purchased Forks Over Knives when it first came out on DVD. Isn't it good?! I totally believe what it presents.

I'm on a roll to lose the jiggly rolls. LOL Got in 2 hours of walking! (Not all at the same time) WooHoo!

Watch Forks Over Knives!!! If you have Netflix they have it now. I lost one lb in just what I ate Monday. One guy lost 40lbs in 8 weeks and came off all his medications. I'm in school for Exercise Science and I'm in a Nutrition class now. So I'm not just gullible and go for the latest fad.

Hi All.

I definetly have had times where I've had to do a quick clean - not this weekend though. Yesterday was a good day. Stayed in range and got plenty of water in.

I am so excited this team seems like it will be great motivation for me to stay on track all month.

Exercise wise - one of my goals for October is to train and then particiapte in the Halloween Virtual 5K here on Spark People. (I am still putting the rest of my goals in order).

Hi Team! I managed to get a lot of walking in this weekend and have been doing pretty good with staying in my calorie range. I messed up today when I ate an unsatisfying frozen custard (small) with DH when we went shopping. After 2 bites I should have pitched it, but my economical/ no waste self thought it had cost too much to do that. There is a lesson here. I'm learning and moving on. Jeanette
