Lose 2 Win
Monthly Weight Loss Competition

Let Lose 2 Win help you with your weight loss goals.

Lose 2 Win is a team-based competition to see who can collectively lose the largest
percentage of weight. The competition runs from the 1st of the month to the 1st of the next month. A New competition will start every month.

Teams consist of two to four people. If you don’t have a team you can use the looking for a teammate forum to pair up with someone.

Team members can be anyone – they do not have to be members of SparkPeople. Of course, at least one member needs to be a SparkPeople member so that your team can post on this site.

On the 1st of the month, each team should post their starting weight in the “’Month’ Weigh In’ topic under Competition Forum. Teams need to post an update weekly so that teams know where they stand. Updates can be posted any day of the week.

The final update will be on the 1st of the next month.

Team update need to include team weight start and current team weight.

Teams who have membership changes during the month can not be recognized as champion or biggest loser. You can start a new team for the next month competition.

These rules will change as needed.
