2013 February Keep It Up Challenges
This challenge runs from February 3 through March 3rd. Everyday you perform the challenge for that day (changes weekly) you get 1 point. Everyday you post you get 1 point. Most points at month end is the winner of the challenge.
February 3 – 9 challenge is 20 minutes exercise everyday
February 10 – 16 challenge is track all food eaten
February 17 – 23 challenge is 5 fruits and veggies everyday
February 24 – March 2 challenge is 30 minutes of exercise everyday
This month we will add the Tuesday Challenge!!! Earn up to 4 more points by doing these optional challenges
Feb 5th - No Soda Day - Go entire day without Soda (including diet)
Feb 12th - No Red Meat Day (Poultry and Fish okay)
Feb 17th - No Candy Day
Feb 24th - 60 Minute Workout Day
Everyone who gets at least 40 points gets a SparkGoodie from the team!
Winner(s) will get a SparkGoodie from the team too!!!
