This challenge runs from February 3 through March 3rd. Everyday you perform the challenge for that day (changes weekly) you get 1 point. Everyday you post you get 1 point. Most points at month end is the winner of the challenge.
February 3 – 9 challenge is 20 minutes exercise everyday February 10 – 16 challenge is track all food eaten February 17 – 23 challenge is 5 fruits and veggies everyday February 24 – March 2 challenge is 30 minutes of exercise everyday
