2/2 - Had a very nice and relaxing Sat. Even my workout was relaxing. Could it be that excercising is becoming a habit. I'll ask myself that question again at 5:30 monday morning.
Excercise 95 mins 40 mins (Total Body Challenge) 28 day bootcamp DVD and 55 minutes for a 4 mile walk away the pounds DVD
Ate great yesterday, hubby made his delicious chili (I hate chili and will only eat his) Of course we have been making with ground turkey for a few years now as everything just tastes better with the turkey. I also had some healthy choice frozen greek yogurt for desert. My calories were in range at 1414. But I did not get 5 fruits and veggies in.
I had fun doing the weekly challenges with everyone and really had fun seeing the results of it. I can't wait to keep it up with you all in Feb.

60 minutes Leslie Sansone tape and Kettle Bell workout. I have only done two sessions, but I think I am ready to move on to the next level on my Kettle bell work out.

2/1 - Foolish of me to think I would be able to leave work on time on a friday. So even though the day went better (or at least I was better at shaking off the annoying/stupid people I had to deal with) I didn't get any excercise in yesterday. I do feel as though I am out of the minor funk/pitty party I was having. I made up for the excercise today, does that count?
We had yummy turkey burgers last night, which really helped the junk food/burger craving I was having. I was at 1412 so I stayed in my range and I did manage to get 5 fruits and veggies in.

Over ate today. I had a run-in with some hot wings and they won. But they were tasty. And I only ate 6 of them... Without beer... That just seems wrong, hot wings minus beer. I figured I had done enough damage, I didn't need to drink some calories too. LOL

1/31 - Note to self don't complain about the cold. I guess since I b'd about -4 we'll make it be 4 feels like -16
Excercising did not get rid of my funk yesterday. I did do 45 minutes, 22 minutes of my 28 day bootcamp and 20 minutes of walk away the pounds. I ate well at work and then I came home and had some mis-communication issues with my husband that just got me deeper into the funk. I only had 2 fruits and veggies yesterday and calories were at 1545.
I did not excercise this morning as I just couldn't get off my lazy butt. Maybe something will happen today and I will get more motivated and do something tonight. At least it's the weekend and unless I have to go down to our store to shovel snow I can get re-energized tomorrow and sunday.

1/29 - 2 mile brisk walk from walk away the pounds. 5-6 various fruits and veggies, mostly veggies and 1530 on the calories. That is moving in the wrong direction. Still in my calorie range, but I need to get this in check.

Ideas for Feb: no soda? plan meals ahead? plan snacks? pack you lunch? eat mindfully?
I do think it's better to stick to the basics like this month. O'm okay if we rotate some of these and do them again. Eating healthful foods, tracking them, and moving are the keys. Why reinvent the wheel!!?

1/26 - banana, cauliflower, carrots, potatoes and a huge salad - Calories at 1340 and 50 minutes of excercise. 22 minutes of the 28 day bootcamp short cardio sculpt and 2 mile walk away the pounds (30 minutes)

This was a hard challenge and I love fruits and veggies. Many times I had to go eat just to get the five in.

1/24 - 5 fruits and veggies yesterday,but barely. Green Beans, Apple, Artichoke, Spinach and huge salad.
Workout 45 minutes tone and cardio - 28 day bootcamp CI - I can't remember and I'm too lazy to check. I did track and it is close but still under the high end of my range.

Yesterday I had at least 6 fruits and veggies, banana, green beans, zucchni, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots and a huge salad. Calorie Intake was 1313 and 22 minute bootcamp workout.

I logged my food. I was just guessing at the calories as I was too lazy to carefully log them in. I did eat my 5 fruit and veggies. 45 minutes of exercise today.

1/22 - forgot to post last night before I went to bed,but got in 2 fruits and 3 veggies - banana, peach, carrots, green beans, spinich, artichoke and big mixed salad.
Calories in 1481 and but no scheduled workout yesterday as I just could not get motivated.

I find it is harder to get my veggies in during the work week. I need to plan better. LOL 38 minutes of Wii Fit and I tracked my food. I went over for the first time in a while and didn't make up for it with my whimpy exercise. Tomorrow will be better.
