2013 January Keep It Up Challenges This challenge runs from January 6 through February 2nd. Everyday you perform the challenge for that day (changes weekly) you get 1 point. Everyday you post you get 1 point. Most points at month end is the winner of the challenge.
January 6 – 12 challenge is 20 minutes exercise everyday January 13 – 19 challenge is track all food eaten January 20 – 26 challenge is 5 fruits and veggies everyday January 26 – February 2 – 30 minutes of exercise everyday
Everyone who gets at least 40 points gets a SparkGoodie from the team! Winner(s) will get a SparkGoodie from the team too!!!
