Oh, wow, haven't updated this thread since 7/31? That's not good! Let me run some numbers and remedy that right away!!

The 655 includes walking with my puppy, running on the treadmill, walking on the treadmill, spinning on my bike trainer, and run intervals/incline work on the treadmill.
