This challenge is simple. Drink at least 8 glasses of water, eat at least 5 servings of fruit and vegetables and get at least 7 hours of sleep for at least 25 days in September.

Post updates regularly so we know how you are doing.

Met 857 today - 7 days so far this month
OR
Yep - 7 days

First post should be no sooner than September 1.
