I'm starting this today. The real challenge will be staying within range on Friday because it's my birthday. emoticon My parents usually take me out to dinner so I will plan my meal beforehand to stay within range.

You guys are doing great. I went over today. I ate too many nuts and they are very caloric. I guess I should log before eat and then I would see I am out f calories.
