I will join you on this wall of shame Paul. I only managed to get the water, 5 fruits and veggies, But I was way, way over my calorie range. I will try again tomorrow.

9 Day Super Challenge Scorecard

Exercise (60 minutes average) - emoticon Only 45 minutes

Calories in range (my case under 3000) - emoticon Olive Garden and Snickers Eggs put me over

8 glasses of water - emoticon

5 servings of fruits and vegetables - emoticon Olive Garden and Snickers Eggs don't count

4/1 60 minutes of circuit training, 45 minute pup walk, tracked and in range.
4/2 60 minutes of circuit training, 45 minute pup walk, tracked and in range
4/3 60 minutes of circuit training, 50 minutes stepper/ARC, tracked and in range
4/4 60 minutes of circuit training, 10 minutes rowing and 50 walking, tracked and in range
4/5 30 minutes spinning, 60 minutes circuit training, tracked and in range
4/6 30 minutes spinning, 60 minutes circuit training, 30 minutes running, 60 minutes kayaking, tracked and not in range.
4/790 minutes hiking, tracked not in range...must be all the activity. Hopefully back to normal today.
4/8 50 minutes spinning, 60 minutes circuit training, tracked and in range.

9 Day Super Challenge - The 40 Day Super Challenge seemed like a really good idea. Just what I needed to drop a pants size. Well - I didn't stick with it. So this challenge is to participate in the final 9 days of the 40 day challenge. The challenge is to average 60 minutes a day exercise, stay within calorie range, 8 glasses of water daily and 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. The challenge runs from April 1st through April 10th.
