I got 40 minutes of exercise shovelling snow and I am under calories for the day. Fluids are good.

Feel like I am slipping some but still doing a lot better than the past year and half.

The 40 Day Super Challenge (March 1 - April 9) : This challenge is going to be tough! First 10 Days - 45 minutes of exercise and tracking everything you eat and stay within your calorie range. The Next 10 Days - Continue first 10 days challenge plus 8 glasses of water (inlcudes any unsweetened water based drink). The final 20 days - 60 minutes of exercise, stay within calories, water and 5 servings of fruits and vegetables.

Time to add water tracking.

Paul thanks for the clarification on the average, but now I have to do math. Good thing I have an app for that on my phone. As I tell my college students they all come with it free of charge. Does the averaging work for the stay in Calorie Range as well. If it did I would probably have to go a day without eating to make up for last Friday.

Monday - tracked everything and stayed in my range. I was actually a tiny bit under, but not by much

Tuesday - got in 58 minutes this morning.

Just to clarify - 45 minutes of exercise a day - averageing is allowed. This allows for days of rest, illness or whatever. So if you do 450 minutes of exercise in the first 10 days of the challenge - you have met the challenge.

I am late but if it's ok still want to participate in the challenge. Unfortunately the 1st 2 days weren't great. I did track both Friday and Sat but were over my calories both days and I didn't get my exercise in at all either days.

Sun 3/3. I did exercise for 107 minutes. I did some cardio and some strength. I tracked everything and did stay within my calorie range.

Mon 3/4 - so far today I did get my exercise in, so just need to watch what I eat and continue tracking.
