I totally understand. I have tried a few other teams, but never found the right fit. I just keep Sparking hoping I will fall into the right group.
Now about those BREAD STICKS... I would say that you are just not in the "Zone". You know that magic time when you couldn't cheat if you tried? It can last for hours, days weeks or months, but then one day you wake up and the magic is gone and you are eating everything in sight from fast food to bags of candy and chips without a slow down in sight.
Right now I am in the zone praying it doesn't end. I am not sure how I got here, that is just part of the magic. I can try a hundred times to get myself on track and then WHAM, I just wake up on track with no idea how or why. I pray that as every time before I don't wake up to find the magic is gone as quick as it came.If I knew the answer of how to will yourself on track and stay on track, I think I would be a very rich lady, but alas it is one of the great mysteries of life for over eaters. My advice to you Paul is keep trying and never give up!!!!! PS I noticed you didn't ask for any advice, I just thought the bread stick comment was a cry for help.
