I weighed in at exactly what I did last week (147.4). I have been averaging an hour and a half to 2 hours walking every day, and my food choices are good until supper/ evening. There is the biggest challenge.

Happy Monday Everyone!!!
My current weight is 268...I have lost 5 lbs this week walking 4 to 6 miles everyday but last Monday & yesterday.

I thought I had posted my weight here March 1, but can't find where. It was 150.8. The past week I have been walking over an hour, sometimes two, every day and this morning's weight was 147.4. Down 3.4 pounds!
