Motivated 2 Lose - Start weight: 245 End weight: 234.4 -actually GAINED 3 lbs this week!!! Don't even know how - muscle, I hope, but who knows?!!!! So...trying to look at the bright side - lost weight overall - 10.6 lbs for the month or 4.3% Hoping to do better in Nov.
