Jiggily Rolls NO More lost Erin I think, I haven't heard from her in a couple weeks. So I took her weight out and here is the finale........
Start weight was 563.7
Ended with 554.8
A loss of 8.9 pounds and a 1.579%

Motivated 2 Lose - Start weight: 245 End weight: 234.4 emoticon -actually GAINED 3 lbs this week!!! Don't even know how - muscle, I hope, but who knows?!!!! So...trying to look at the bright side - lost weight overall - 10.6 lbs for the month or 4.3% Hoping to do better in Nov.
